My focus is on helping you create a specialized nutrition plan that you are willing and able to carry out for your life…not just 30 days and then quit because you hate it.
Now I’m not saying this won’t take work. It will.
I will ask you to stretch beyond your comfort zone (where all the good changes come from) but I will make sure it’s a plan you’re willing to follow.

Like I said, each time you do a crash diet and then gain the weight back…it does a little more damage to your hormone system.
That does NOT mean you’re a lost cause. Not at all. There are often underlying medical issues that can prevent you from losing weight and keeping it off.
